5/17 - R - IRAs 2
1a, 60'. 140 HR. Catches were better. Focused on being long through the stroke. Was a feel good kind of row. Retaining locked arms through the entire leg drive and beginning of swing. Holding it out there, not weakening the chain from the water to the foot stretcher. Run was emphasized, distance between puddles, not rusing the slide - which I seemed to want to do today. First blister opened. Brand new today, not one of the large ones that have been waiting to pop. Sweep at 5. Kaschper spread 63.25 in = 160.655 cm. Pins at around the 160.5 mark. It would seem that the stickers on the rigger can be trusted.
